I just wanted to take a minute to write and thank you and CTI for sending us Brian Bond.

As you are well aware, here at Schaper's Interlink Supply we're very big on education for our clientele. We offer "Breakfast at Schaper's Interlink" where we'll highlight products or industry problems and our customers will learn, discuss and gain valuable knowledge from industry professionals and/or Company representatives, these we do at least once a month. We also try to offer IICRC credited courses at least once a month and that's where you folks were a big help.

I wanted to personally thank you for sending us Brian Bond. He is an excellent instructor.

The contractors who attended the CTI Spot-Stain &Odor Class raved about Brian's knowledge of both product and cleaning situations. They felt he taught them on a one-to-one level and actually offered them answers to problems they posed him. They also related to me that his experience as a cleaning professional who is actually out there every week working on textiles placed him a cut above book instructors.

On a personal level, he's one of the nicer people you'll meet teaching courses.

We look forward to having him here on our Customer Appreciation Day in September, as well as having him teach other classes for our customers.
