TOOLS REQUIRED: HWE, Carpet Shark and Steam Iron. CHEMICALS REQUIRED: Red Relief and Stain Magic.
PROCEDURE:
The treatment for this procedure will depend on the color of the stain. Proceed to remove the stain as follows:
Cough Syrup (Red): Step 1. Rinse thoroughly via hot water extraction. Leave as dry as possible. Step 2. Apply Red Relief or Red 1 and follow the instructions listed underKool Aid
Cough Syrup (Yellow): Step 1. Rinse thoroughly via hot water extraction. Leave as dry as possible. Step 2. Apply Stain Magic. Cover with a damp towel. Apply steam heat while checking every 10 seconds. Remove heat when stain is gone or if carpet begins to lose color.
TIP: For extremely difficult stains you will find that 100% removal can be achieved by using the Pro’s Choice DCI Chemical Activation Light, to increase the reactivity of Stain Magic. Simply wet stain with Stain Magic, cover spot with chemical activation “DCI Light”, and allow 8 hours dwell time.
