TROUBLESHOOTING:

2

Condition: Does not spray at all.
Cause: Injection valve seized.
Correction: Remove valve and replace.
Note:  Often simply removing and cleaning valve is all that is required.

Condition: One of two solutions being consumed at a faster rate.
Cause: Obstruction or buildup in dip-tube or solution channel into piston chamber.
Correction: Disassemble unit, remove and clear dip-tubes. Use paper clip to clear solution channel(s) into piston chamber and under piston hot seal.

18

Condition: Intermittent and/or insufficient spray. Often occurs with clicking or snapping sound when trigger is firmly squeezed.
Cause: Trigger/accuator yoke arms slipping past drive studs on piston.
Correction: Arms should be adjusted by this procedure so they fit snugly against piston. (See step by step instructions below).

15

Remove trigger actuator yoke.

Heat activator yoke arms until flexible.

20
21

Squeeze arms closer together and while holding them in position place in cold water.

Check for proper fit and re-assemble sprayer.
