Pro’s Choice Classes
Stain Removal Class: This class is taught using lecture and Power Point presentation. The instructor will cover the basics of stain removal. The class is split into 4 basic categories: Synthetic Food Dyes, Organic Stains, Petroleum based Stains and Protein based stains. This class qualifies for ½ IICRC Continuing Education Credit.
Products covered include: Red Relief, Stain Magic, Pro Solve Gel and Liquid, Power Gel, Ink Out, Pro Zyme, and Dirt Chaser.
Class length: 4 hours

Odor Control Class: This class is taught using lecture and Power Point presentation. The instructor covers pet odor identification, mapping, estimating, and treatment. This class qualifies for ½ IICRC Continuing Education Credit.
Products covered include: OSR, Molecular Modifier, Odor Zyme, Odor Barrier, UPT+, Odor Eliminator, and Rug Restorer and X-Cide. 
Class Length: 4 hours

MOST Class: This class is taught using lecture and Power Point presentation. The instructor will cover four components: Marketing, Odor, Stain and Tough Soils and will help carpet cleaners expand their business and build their sales. This class qualifies for ½ IICRC Continuing Education Credit.
Products covered include: items from our Stain removal, Odor control and Cleaning lines. 
Class length: 6 hours

SOS Class: This Class is taught using lecture and Power Point Presentation and covers Stain removal, Odor Control and Soils. This class qualifies for ½ IICRC Continuing Education Credit.

Stone Care Classes:
Man Made Stone and Tile Maintenance: This class is taught using lecture and Power Point presentation. The Instructor covers stone identification, the basics in stone care, how to pull stains and the “Six Step Way” to make stone look great, everytime!  This class qualifies for ½ IICRC Continuing Education Credit.
Products covered include: Clean & Protect, HD Pro Clean, pH Neutral Cleaner, New Look, Pro-Acid, Stone Protection, Stone Guardian, Pro Poultice and Stain Magic.
Class Length: 4 hours

Man Made Stone and Tile Maintenance:  This class is taught using lecture, Power Point Presentation and Hands on Demonstrations.  The instructor covers stone identification, the basics in stone care, grout and tile sealing, estimates and how to make money in stone care plus much more.  This class qualifies for 1 IICRC Continuing Education Credit.
Products covered include: Clean & Protect, HD Pro Clean, pH Neutral Cleaner, New Look, Pro-Acid, Stone Protection, Stone Guardian, Pro Poultice, Pro Hone, Pro Polish and Stain Magic.
Class Length: 8 hours

Man-Made Stone and Tile Repair: This class is taught using lecture and Hands on Demonstrations.  The instructor will cover the tools needed, how to write estimates, how to mix, apply, match and remove grout, how to replace tiles and more. 
Products Covered Include: Clean & Protect, HD Pro Clean, pH Neutral Cleaner, New Look, Pro-Acid, Stone Protection, Stone Guardian, Pro Poultice, Pro Hone, Pro Polish and Stain Magic.
Class Length: 4 hours

Samples and Sandwiches: This event is geared toward one-on-one time with the company and carpet cleaners. CTI will send a representative with samples and marketing tools to spend the day in the facility and answer any questions and conduct demonstrations to coincide with a store sponsored lunch.

Customer Appreciation Day/Open House: This event is to be used to promote the business as well as Pro’s Choice products. CTI will send samples, marketing tools and will sponsor a door prize to be handed out. We will also have an instructor attend the event to answer questions and conduct demonstrations.

IICRC Classes
We will sponsor IICRC classes that are taught by a certified instructor supported by CTI. There are a number of IICRC classes that we sponsor:

Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT): This course teaches the basics of carpet cleaning. Topics covered are carpet construction/styles, the chemistry of cleaning, fiber characteristics and identification, as well as soil characteristics and dyeing. This course focuses on residential applications.

Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician (CCMT): This course teaches the fundamentals of commercial carpet cleaning. It will focus on basic carpet cleaning, IICRC S100 cleaning methodologies, safety procedures, and marketing techniques. Upon completion, attendees will be able to understand cleaning methods meant to prevent, restore and salvage carpets

Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT): This course focuses on upholstery cleaning methods, including fiber identification/testing, manufacturing of fiber and fabric, methods to clean and protect upholstery as well as spotting and potential problems. It also goes into the chemistry of cleaning and gives the attendee detailed knowledge about fiber, fabric and furniture construction.

Odor Control Technician (OCT):  This course covers olfaction and odor, odor sources, detection process, theory of odor control, equipment, chemical options and applications. The student will learn how to address odors caused from biological sources such as decomposition, urine contamination, and mold, combustion sources such as fire and smoke damage, and chemical sources such as fuel oil spills or volatile organic chemicals.
