Stain Type: Fingernail Polish
TOOLS REQUIRED: Hot water extraction machine and Carpet Shark.
CHEMICALS REQUIRED: Pro Solve Gel and Stain Magic.
Procedure:
- Apply Pro Solve Gel to deposit.
- Agitate gently to work gel into deposit.
- Apply more Pro Solve Gel to cover deposit.
- Allow 5-minute dwell time.
- Agitate gently to fully dissolve and suspend deposit.
- Hot water extraction rinse.
- Thoroughly blot dry.
- Apply solution of Stain Magic to stained fibers only.
- Cover with lightweight terry cloth towel.
- Apply steam heat from steam iron set at low steam setting (approximately mid range) in 15-second intervals.
- Check progress periodically by peeking under towel.
- Remove heat when stain is gone or if carpet color loss is observed.
Note: Stain should disappear within 1 to 3 minutes of heat application.
