Stain Type: Ink and Permanent Marker

TOOL REQUIRED: Carpet Shark, hot water extraction machine, and possibly steam iron and terry towel.
CHEMICALS REQUIRED: Stain Magic, Ink Out, Pro Solve Gel, and Power Gel.

Procedure:

FOR UPHOLSTERY:

1. Apply Stain Magic liberally to ink stain and areas 1” around stain.
2. Apply  Ink Out to ink. This will remove stain color.
3. Agitate gently but thoroughly with bone scraper until ink has dissolved.
4. Reapply Stain Magic.
5. Thoroughly hot water extraction rinse.

IF ONLY STAIN COLOR REMAINS:

1. Reapply Stain Magic Solution.
2. Cover with damp towel.
3. Heat with steaming iron for 15 seconds.     

FOR CARPET:

1. Apply Pro Solve to ink deposit.
2. Agitate gently but thoroughly until deposit is dissolved.
3. Apply Power Gel to deposit and agitate.
4. Thoroughly hot water extraction rinse.

Tip: If stain remains apply Stain Magic, cover with damp towel and steam heat for 15 seconds.
