No Hot Water:

There are some commercial jobs that require HWE (Hot Water Extraction) Cleaning but do not have hot water on the premises.  If you are  truck mounted with propane or a heat exchanger it's not a problem.  But if you have a portable (which happens a lot with janitorial companies) and no inline heat then things get complicated. Jobs like these need First TLC and Soil Release.

First TLC and Soil Release maintain a high level of performance even at lower temperatures and have a moderate pH so they can be used on even stain resistant nylon carpet.
