Aaron Whitfield:
In 1984 Aaron went to work for Sacramento’s oldest carpet installation store, where he worked for 13 years and to this day feels that it was the best learning environment available.  After a 4 year stint in the medical industry he came back and started his own carpet cleaning business. Aaron is a Master Textile Cleaner and one of only a handful IICRC Certified Leather Technicians in Sacramento. Aaron is currently on the Board of Directors for the Carpet and Fabricare Institute (CFI). We are very pleased to have him on the team.

Barry Lichtenstein
Barry Lichtenstein has been cleaning carpets since 1980, and has been in business on his own since 1984.

Barry has experience using a wide variety of cleaning methods and equipment, from rotary shampooers to portable and truck-mount HWE units. He also has experience cleaning upholstery with HWE, hand shampooing and dry cleaning.

Barry is a firm believer in education. In 1989 he “discovered” the IICUC (now the IICRC) and took his first course.  Barry is currently an IICRC certified Master Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Fire/Smoke Restorer and Journeyman Water Damage Restorer, and his company, Amcho Carpet Cleaning, is an IICRC Certified Firm.

Barry is also a strong supporter of local trade associations. He is a long-time member of the New England Institute of Restoration and Cleaning (NEIRC) having served in several positions on the board, and is a past president. He continues to serve on the NEIRC board, and is currently the Clerk and IICRC representative. He is also Secretary of the IICRC and serves as the chair of the IICRC Registrant Standards Committee.

Brian Bond:
I started cleaning carpet in 1996 for a national franchise, and then went out on my own starting my own carpet cleaning business a year later. I am certified in carpet and upholstery cleaning, with 10+ years of experience. I currently have nine trucks covering three quarters of the state of Indiana. The company has 8 people dedicated to the business and we take immense pride in the work that we provide to our customers, making first time customers lifetime customers.

Don Snider
Don Snider has been in the Cleaning and Restoration Industry for 10 years. His expertise includes time spent in Property Management, Carpet Cleaning and Education. Don has been associated with CTI as an instructor and Account Manager since 1997.  Don’s avocation is martial arts.  When he is not busy teaching Carpet Cleaners and working with Distributors you will find him in his karate studio teaching advanced degrees in martial arts.

Jeff Smith:
Jeff Smith has been intricately involved in the Cleaning & Restoration Industry for more than a decade.  After honing his skills as an owner operator working side by side with his business partner with years of experience in the field he took his skills and knowledge to the next level and opened Steamway Express Distributing and continues to this day to support his fellow cleaners in the way of advice from a “real world” cleaning and restoration perspective. He now looks forward to helping both cleaners and his fellow distributors with education and promotional events.

Joel Ruehle:
Joel Ruehle graduated from Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado. He started cleaning carpets out of the trunk of his car while going to  school, and now he and his wife, Lyndsey, own a carpet cleaning business  in Colorado. Joel is an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, Senior Carpet Inspector, he sits on the board of directors of the Professional Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners Association (PCUCA), and is a CFI certified floor covering installer. Joel enjoys staying involved in the cleaning industry as well as helping others overcome some of the obstacles that face cleaning business owners.

Matt Stein:
In addition to teaching and supervising Pro's Choice events Matthew Stein is currently a Sales Manager for Namco, The Cleaners Depot. Matt is constantly expanding his industry knowledge to better assist and support cleaners in his area. Matt understands the importance of having a variety of information and instructional sources available. In addition to being a certified IICRC Water Restoration Technician Matt has recently completed the PCCT Instructor Course. We're excited to have Matt on the team.
