This has proven itself to be true for Real Estate Agents, Apartment Managers, or anyone trying to sell or rent a property. Smells have the first impact on our senses when we enter a room and leaves one of the strongest impressions after we leave. Having the smell of stale cigarette smoke or pet odors lingering in a room is one of the quickest ways to chase off potential buyers.
For smoke odors:
Smoke Off: Permanently neutralizes smoke odors. It can be used with a ULV Fogger or in a trigger sprayer and will make a lasting positive impression on your customers.
