Color stabilizer and souring agent.  Used for preventing dye bleed and preventing browning.
Step 2 (Soil Break):
Neutral pH pre-spray for breaking up soil prior to cleaning.
Step 3 (Extraction Rinse and Finish):
Extraction emulsifier that cleans and brightens natural fibers.
OMS (Odorless Mineral Spirits):
Solvent for breaking up grease and oil from fine fabrics.  Can also be used in dry cleaning procedures.
